Are your products physical or digital?
All Maison Leen products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.
What do I receive after purchase?
You receive digital files such as seamless repeat patterns, isolated motifs, product previews, a read-me guide, and a license file. The exact files included may vary depending on the collection.
What can I use the patterns for?
You can use Maison Leen patterns for finished creative products such as fashion, packaging, stationery, fabric, wrapping paper, scarves, notebook covers, kitchen textiles, gift boxes, pouches, labels, mockups, branding accents, and social media graphics.
Can I use Maison Leen designs for commercial products?
Yes. Each collection includes a standard personal and small commercial license. You can use the artwork to create finished products for your own small business, up to the limit mentioned in the license.
Can I sell products using Maison Leen patterns?
Yes, as long as the pattern is used as part of a finished product design and not sold as a standalone digital file.
Can I resell the pattern files?
No. You cannot resell, share, give away, upload, or redistribute the original pattern or motif files. You also cannot sell them as clipart, pattern packs, motif bundles, or competing design assets.
Can I use the designs for print-on-demand?
Yes, but only when the artwork is applied to a finished product design. You may not upload the raw pattern files in a way that allows others to download, extract, or reuse them.
Can I use the motifs inside digital products?
Yes, you can use them inside finished digital products such as invitations, planners, templates, printable stationery, or brand layouts, as long as the artwork is flattened, embedded, or not extractable by the buyer.
Do I need an extended license?
You may need an extended license if you want to produce more than the allowed number of finished products, use the designs for wholesale production, large-scale manufacturing, exclusive licensing, or brand collaboration work.
Are the patterns seamless?
When a product includes seamless patterns, they are designed to repeat continuously without visible edges. This makes them useful for fabric, packaging, wrapping paper, wallpaper, backgrounds, and large surface designs.
Can I edit the colors or motifs?
Yes, you may adjust the files for your own finished projects if your software allows it. However, editing the artwork does not give permission to resell it as a new digital asset.
What software do I need?
You can use the files in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Procreate, Affinity Designer, or other tools that support the included file formats. Please check the product details before purchasing.
Why do colors look different when printed?
Colors can appear different depending on your screen, printer, paper, fabric, ink, or production method. We always recommend doing a small test print before producing final products.
Can I use Maison Leen patterns for my brand identity?
Yes. You can use the artwork as part of brand visuals, packaging, social media graphics, website details, product labels, or presentation materials. You cannot register the artwork itself as a trademark.
Can I request a custom pattern collection?
