What Maison Leen Creates
Maison Leen is a surface design studio creating original motif and pattern collections for fashion, fabric, packaging, stationery, and modern creative brands.
Our purpose is to help designers, makers, fashion brands, and product-based businesses create products that feel more polished, distinctive, and emotionally memorable. We design motifs and patterns that can move naturally across womenswear, kidswear, scarves, textiles, labels, gift wrap, notebooks, packaging, brand visuals, and lifestyle products.
Maison Leen is built for people who do not want generic decoration. They want visual assets with taste, care, and product potential. Every collection is created with real use in mind, so the designs are not only beautiful on screen, but ready to become part of products people want to notice, use, gift, and keep.
Founder & Creative Direction
Maison Leen was founded by Merry Sylviani, a fashion designer and pattern drafting specialist with a background in womenswear and kidswear. She graduated from ESMOD Jakarta in 2009 with high distinction in Fashion Design and Pattern Drafting, then taught pattern drafting at ESMOD Jakarta from 2009 to 2021.
Merry leads the creative direction of Maison Leen. Her fashion-trained eye shapes every motif, pattern, color mood, and collection, making sure the studio’s work feels elegant, useful, and connected to real products.
Maison Leen is also a small family-run studio. Merry’s husband, Khalid, supports the brand through digital marketing, website, and online presentation, helping bring the studio’s collections to designers, makers, and creative brands around the world.
The studio is named after their daughter, Leen a personal name behind a professional vision: to create original motifs made for beautiful products and modern creative brands.
